I recently had the opportunity to film a wedding here and it completely lived up to its reputation. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with that classic Virginia elegance you just can't replicate anywhere else. What really stood out to me was how incredible the staff and event planners were. They genuinely care about making the day run smoothly and they're so helpful with coordinating all the moving parts. As a wedding photographer and videographer, I can tell you that having a team like this makes such a difference. They know their stuff and they work seamlessly with all the vendors. The venue itself is beautiful inside and out. The ballroom has great natural light and the outdoor ceremony spaces are stunning. Everything about it just feels timeless and sophisticated without being stuffy. I've shot weddings all over Richmond over the years and this is easily one of the best venues I've worked at. We provided custom props for The CCV Westhampton's annual holiday brunches, and it was a pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Their staff was nice and accommodating, their overall customer service is top tier, and they have done a beautiful job maintaining the character and quality of the building. We visited for the Dominion Energy Charity Classic and we were not disappointed. This place is very well maintained and beautiful. We throughly enjoyed the foot at the clubhouse. We definitely felt like we were high class. It was a very nice experience and we hope to attend again in the future.

This past weekend, a family friend invited us out for us to play a round of golf. Coming in, I had some low expectations of the field. Surprisingly these initial expectations were unequivocally surpassed. The golf course presented itself in an impeccable state, with meticulously maintained greens that stand as some of the most exceptional I have ever had the privilege of experiencing in the Greater Richmond area.
